ClassDojo 

Each week parents will receive emails with observations, activities, photos, or a piece of work that a child has completed. This will enable parents to follow their child’s individual progress and these can be reflected upon with your child at home, giving a parent a chance to be also involved within the learning and development stages. Parents can add comments and ‘like’ photos, as well as add their own observations and achievements at home to share with staff. 

 

The communication between staff and parents that ClassDojo enables, helps build a shared understanding of how every child can reach their full potential. 

 

You will receive a login and be able to access your child’s journal as you wish. You will also receive alerts and notifications when new observations are posted. 

 

Safeguarding of all our children is paramount to us and everything that is added to ClassDojo will also be added on our Pre-School account. All material can only be viewed by staff and the parent of the child by using their own individual login details. Parents will only have access to your own child’s learning, which cannot be seen by any other parents.
