Fees

Sutton St James Preschool is £17 per morning and afternoon session. There is an option for parents to add Lunch Club after a morning session or before an afternoon session at a cost of £5. The lunch club runs from 12pm -1pm. Morning and Afternoon snacks are charged at 50p per session attended.
A full day at Sutton St James Pre-school would be £34 plus snack.

Your fees will be outlined, and due dates will be highlighting in your payment contract on agreeing a place at Sutton St James Preschool. Fees are reviewed on an annual basis. Parents will be advised in writing of any changes in fees at Sutton St James Pre-school. Fees continue to be due until a place has been cancelled in writing giving one month’s notice and are non-refundable, even if child is absent through illness.

Fees are charged up until a term after the 3rd birthday of a child whereby the governments 15 hour funding can begin. Snack will still be charged each term and additional sessions above the funding hours as requested by parents and carers.
Any additonal hours above the agreed funding hours will be charged.

Funded Places
Parents can claim 15 hours a week government funding for their child from the start of the next term (Autumn, Spring, Summer) after their 3rd Birthday. Parents need to complete and sign a funding form at the start of each term. This covers the whole of the term and additional days cannot be claimed for after the funding headcount date (19th of the month in which the term starts).

Please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to find out more about funding for your child’s place and how to register if you are eligible for up to 30 hours funding or call them on 0300 123 5033.
